Les frais de retour sont à votre charge, sauf en cas d'erreur de notre part. Dans ce cas, un bordereau de retour prépayé vous sera fourni.
Les frais de douane et taxes éventuelles restent à votre charge.
En cas de défaut avéré, les frais de retour avancés seront remboursés après vérification.
Les articles retournés doivent être propres, non utilisés, avec leur étiquette et dans leur emballage d'origine.
Pour les chaussures, la boîte doit être protégée par un carton d'expédition.
Aucune chaussure essayée en entraînement ou échauffement ne sera reprise.
