🏀 How does the multiplier work? From the Sixth Man level, every euro spent earns you more points. Example: at the MVP level (x1.4), a €100 purchase earns you 700 points instead of 500. The multiplier applies automatically to all your purchases once the threshold is reached.

🔒 Ultra-secure connection: Basket Connection uses a login system with a one-time password (OTP) sent by email. No password to remember, no risk of brute-force hacking. This system complies with CNIL recommendations for online account security and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
⚖️General program conditions
⚖️ Nature of points and rewards: Loyalty points accumulated within the Basket Connection program constitute commercial benefits within the meaning of Article L442-1 of the French Commercial Code. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, are not transferable to third parties, and do not constitute a payment instrument within the meaning of Directive 2015/2366/EU (PSD2).
- Eligibility: The program is open to any adult natural person with an active customer account on basket-connection.fr.
- Accumulation: Points can be accumulated without a time limit as long as the account is active. An account inactive for more than 24 months may result in the loss of accumulated points, after prior notification by email.
- Validity of rewards: Discounts and credit notes generated by points have a validity period specified at the time of their attribution. After this period, they are automatically canceled.
- Non-retroactivity: Points are not awarded retroactively for purchases made before enrollment in the program.
- Returns and cancellations: In case of product return, points corresponding to that purchase are deducted from the account balance in accordance with the current return policy.
- Program modification: Basket Connection reserves the right to modify the program conditions (point scale, VIP levels, rewards) at any time. Participants will be informed by email with reasonable notice.
- Fraud: Any attempt at fraud or abuse will result in the immediate suspension of the account and the cancellation of points and rewards, without prejudice to any legal action.
⚠️ Personal data and loyalty program: Participation in the program implies the processing of your personal data (purchase history, points, VIP level) by DB BASKET CONNECTION as data controller, in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and our Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time at service@basket-connection.fr, which will result in the loss of accumulated points.
❓Frequently Asked Questions
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as your account is active. An account with no activity (purchase or login) for more than 24 months may have its points purged after email notification.
Can I use my rewards in-store?
Yes! All rewards are usable both on www.basket-connection.fr and in-store at 3 Quai Félix Faure, 49100 Angers. Simply present your account at checkout.
What happens if I return an item?
In case of an accepted return, points corresponding to the returned purchase are deducted from your balance. If a reward has already been used thanks to these points, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
My referral was not counted, what should I do?
Check that your referred friend used your unique link and placed their first order. If the problem persists, contact us at service@basket-connection.fr with your referred friend's name and email.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer. Each valid referral earns you a discount on your next purchase.
Is the program combinable with ongoing promotions?
Points are always accumulated on the total amount including tax paid. However, rewards (discount codes) may not be combinable with certain promotional offers. The combination conditions are specified when each reward is granted.
