📦Order processing and shipping

Same-day shipping commitment: Any order validated and with confirmed payment before 2:30 PM (Paris time) on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) is prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM or on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

  1. Order validation Your order is registered and your payment is confirmed. You will receive a summary confirmation email.
  2. Warehouse preparation (before 2:30 PM) Our team carefully prepares your package from our warehouse at 3 Quai Félix Faure, 49100 Angers. Each item is checked before packaging.
  3. Handover to carrier The package is handed over to Colissimo or GLS. You automatically receive your tracking number by email as soon as the carrier takes charge.
  4. Delivery to your address or pickup point The carrier handles the delivery according to the announced deadlines. You can track your package in real time using the tracking number.

🛡️Lost, damaged, or delayed package — We support you

In case of a problem during delivery (lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered package), Basket Connection commits to assisting you in opening a file with the concerned carrier. We act on your behalf to facilitate the process and obtain a quick resolution.

🔍 Procedure in case of delivery problem

Contact us as soon as possible at service@basket-connection.fr by indicating your order number and tracking number. We will handle the following steps:

  • 1️⃣
    Carrier tracking verification — We check the real-time status of your package with Colissimo or GLS.
  • 2️⃣
    Opening a claim file — We open an official file on your behalf with the carrier (investigation for lost package, damage report for damaged package).
  • 3️⃣
    Claim follow-up — We monitor the file and keep you informed of its progress.
  • 4️⃣
    Proposed solution — Depending on the outcome of the investigation: reshipment of the package, refund, or credit, as applicable and in compliance with your legal rights.

⚠️ Damaged package upon receipt: If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, you must make written reservations on the carrier's delivery note before signing, or refuse the package. Take photos of the package and its contents immediately. Without reservations made at the time of delivery, any claim for apparent damage may be made more difficult.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my order placed at 4 PM be shipped today?

No. Only orders validated and paid before 2:30 PM on working days are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How do I get free Pickup Point delivery?

Pickup Point delivery is automatically offered for any order of €80 incl. VAT or more in mainland France. Simply select the "Pickup Point" option when choosing delivery at checkout.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

The indicated times are those announced by the carriers (Colissimo and GLS) for indicative purposes. They run from the shipping date. Basket Connection commits to the shipping date (before 2:30 PM), but cannot guarantee delivery times, which are the sole responsibility of the carrier.

My package hasn't arrived on time, what should I do?

First, check the online tracking with your tracking number. If the package is stuck or untraceable, contact us at service@basket-connection.fr — we will open an investigation file with the carrier within 48 hours.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

An address change is only possible if the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Contact us immediately at service@basket-connection.fr. After this stage, any modification is up to the carrier and may incur additional costs.

Do you deliver to the DOM-TOMs and Europe?

Yes. Basket Connection delivers to the DOM-TOMs and throughout Europe via Colissimo International and GLS. Longer delays apply (5 to 10 working days for the DOM-TOMs). Customs duties may be due at destination for deliveries outside the EU.
