Basket Connection delivers throughout mainland France, Europe, and the DOM-TOMs with reliable and recognized carriers: Colissimo and GLS. All orders are carefully prepared from our warehouse in Angers.
✅ Same-day shipping commitment: Any order validated and with confirmed payment before 2:30 PM (Paris time) on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) is prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM or on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
⚖️ In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods on the date or within the period indicated to the customer before the conclusion of the contract. The delivery times indicated below are those announced by the carriers (Colissimo and GLS) and are estimates. They run from the shipping date confirmed by the sending of the tracking number. DB BASKET CONNECTION cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

⚖️ Indicative delivery times: The delivery times mentioned on this page are those communicated by carriers Colissimo and GLS for indicative purposes. They run from the shipping date (handover to the carrier), and not from the order date. These times may be extended during busy periods (holidays, sales), in case of postal strikes, or due to exceptional weather conditions. In accordance with Article L216-2 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a significant delay beyond the announced period, the customer can contact our customer service to open an investigation file with the carrier.
In case of a problem during delivery (lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered package), Basket Connection commits to assisting you in opening a file with the concerned carrier. We act on your behalf to facilitate the process and obtain a quick resolution.
Contact us as soon as possible at service@basket-connection.fr by indicating your order number and tracking number. We will handle the following steps:
⚖️ In accordance with Article L224-65 of the Consumer Code and Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, in case of loss or damage to a package, the carrier is fully liable except in cases of force majeure. DB BASKET CONNECTION, as the seller, is your primary contact and is committed to asserting your rights with the carrier. The legal period for declaring damage or loss is 10 days from delivery for apparent damage (Art. L133-3 of the Commercial Code). We recommend reporting any problem within 48 hours of receipt or the scheduled delivery date.
⚠️ Damaged package upon receipt: If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, you must make written reservations on the carrier's delivery note before signing, or refuse the package. Take photos of the package and its contents immediately. Without reservations made at the time of delivery, any claim for apparent damage may be made more difficult.
As soon as your order is shipped, you automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

No. Only orders validated and paid before 2:30 PM on working days are shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped on the next working day.
Pickup Point delivery is automatically offered for any order of €80 incl. VAT or more in mainland France. Simply select the "Pickup Point" option when choosing delivery at checkout.
The indicated times are those announced by the carriers (Colissimo and GLS) for indicative purposes. They run from the shipping date. Basket Connection commits to the shipping date (before 2:30 PM), but cannot guarantee delivery times, which are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
First, check the online tracking with your tracking number. If the package is stuck or untraceable, contact us at service@basket-connection.fr — we will open an investigation file with the carrier within 48 hours.
An address change is only possible if the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier. Contact us immediately at service@basket-connection.fr. After this stage, any modification is up to the carrier and may incur additional costs.
Yes. Basket Connection delivers to the DOM-TOMs and throughout Europe via Colissimo International and GLS. Longer delays apply (5 to 10 working days for the DOM-TOMs). Customs duties may be due at destination for deliveries outside the EU.
