Returns and Exchanges
Return conditions
You have 15 days from the delivery date to return an item ordered on www.basket-connection.fr.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error. In this case, you will be provided with a prepaid return label.
Any customs fees and taxes remain your responsibility.
In the event of a proven defect, the return costs incurred will be reimbursed after verification.
Returned items must be clean, unused, with their tags and in their original packaging.
For shoes, the box must be protected by a shipping carton.
No shoes tried on during training or warm-up will be returned.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused and the items will be returned to you without exchange or refund.
